At the start of the meeting, Adrian Grigorita, Vice President for SEM Worldwide Sales, Marketing and Distribution, delivered a speech via video. He extended warm greetings and sincere thanks to all SEM dealers in China, while sharing the updates of SEM business and strategy. He expressed the year of 2023 will be filled with new opportunities and we will continue working together in trust and alignment as a team for a win-win future.
The conference is dedicated to reviewing the work of each SEM business module in 2022, including product R&D, sales, marketing, product support, aftermarket service and distribution development, analyzing the current situation, possible challenges and new opportunities in 2023, and communicating the strategy updates to better meet customer needs and help dealers achieve their business goals.
The efforts and dedication of each dealer partner are crucial to the continuous development of SEM business and on-going improvement of SEM brand value. During the meeting, the annual dealer awards ceremony was also held to recognize the 43 dealers for their outstanding performance in the past year. They were respectively awarded the Annual Best Dealer, Annual Excellent Dealer, Annual Aftermarket Service Excellence, Annual Product Support Excellence, Annual Best Sales in Dozer, Market Development Award, Special Contribution Award and Contract Commitment Award. “The award not only is a recognition to our cooperation in 2022, but also enhances our confidence in the future. We will continue to collaborate with each other to drive business development, improve service capabilities and provide customers with the best support,” said the dealer representative.
