On June 25 – 27, SEM Operator Training Campus 2021 was successfully launched. As the first stop,  Shijiazhuang campus attracted many operators across the country to join in the activity. They demonstrated the unique style and strength of construction machinery “commandos”.

The activity adopts a mode that combines SEM product experience and militarized management. Except for the theoretical training on the operation skills, maintenance knowledge and components identification, it also incorporates a full range of practical experience, including team development, product operation and competitive games. Based on the types of machines, the operators are categorized into three groups – WL, TTT and MG. The competition falls into three parts: theory test, skill competition and performance competition. The top 6 operators for each product group enter the finals.

In addition to the performance competition like material transferring, emergency braking, grooving, trenching and backfilling, the participants need to complete a skilling challenge within the fixed time such as fishing, balloon tying, shooting at the basketball, zigzag pile winding, apple cutting, keeping circle around, etc.   

After an intense competition, 6 winners were born in each group. SEM Global Marketing Manager Mary Wang,  SEM China Regional Sales Representative Qinggan Min and SEM dealer Hebei Weiyuan Company Chairman Pengping Fan presented the awards and invitation letter for the final competition to the 18 winners. They will gather in Qingzhou with the top 18 operators of the Chongqing campus to compete to crown a national champion. 

The activities at Shijiazhuang campus ended successfully. The participants commented that SEM machines are comfortable to drive, flexible to control, stable in performance and strong in power. They have not only improved theorical level and practical skills, but also experienced the strength of SEM brand. They increased trust in SEM product. Let us look forward to the opening of the Chongqing campus in the southern region and the excellent performance of the operators.
