On 16 April 2021, the SEM676D Wheel Loader and SEM526 Soil Compactor were added to the annual TOP50 Products List at the virtual award ceremony of China Construction Machinery Products TOP50 (2021). This honor is due to their outstanding industry performance and application contributions.

The SEM676D wheel loader is designed for large-tonnage and heavy-duty applications, as well as, long lasting and continuous working conditions, helping customers complete their work with high efficiency and quality. The heavy-duty structural components and drive axles are built using proven Caterpillar design experience for the large-tonnage loader. The design ensures long life with low operating costs in full-load conditions. This product is known for its high efficiency, reliability, environmental protection, and energy saving. It has been well received by customers since it was introduced in the region.

Another awarded product, the SEM526 soil compactor incorporates Caterpillar’s pod-style vibratory system, ensuring excellent compacting results and efficiency. With good compaction performance, improved fuel economy and smooth and comfortable operation, the model better meets customer needs for the 26-ton soil compactor in China.

The event of “China Construction Machinery Products TOP50” started in 2006 and has been successfully held for 14 consecutive years. Under the instruction from China Construction Machinery Association and China National Construction Machinery Quality Supervision Testing Center, Construction Machinery & Maintenance is responsible for hosting the event. It is organized by JKER Construction Machinery, and its purpose is to summarize achievements that have been made in the China construction machinery industry, record progress of industry technology, and provide direction for the development of construction machinery products and technology.
