The goal of SEM Product Support Digital Platform is to give access to dealers and customers all needed tech/parts information via digital channels and integrate different product support platforms to deliver best in class service to SEM dealers and customers.
Through a research in the first half of 2019, we identified the pain points of dealers and end customers in quickly, accurately and conveniently obtaining the technical information needed for maintenance and repair. We launched SEM product support digital platform project based on the Dealer Collaboration Platform (DCP). The core functions of Phase 1 include:
