On March 9 – 10, 2021, with the theme of “Empower Your Success”, SEM successfully held the Customer Experience Event 2021 in Caterpillar Qingzhou facility. Almost 600 customers and dealers from the construction machinery industry participated in this event to experience the SEM products. Caterpillar (Qingzhou) Ltd. Facility General Manager Jianping Ma and SEM China Sales Manager Wei Luo also attended the event.
During the event, the participants were invited for a facility tour and a demo show of SEM wheel loader, soil compactor, motor grader and track-type tractor. They were impressive with the manufacturing process, quality, performance and aftermarket solution of SEM products. At the meanwhile, they were arranged to a test drive, equipment display, machine walk around and interactive Q&A. The customers had a deeper understanding to the operation and performance of SEM products.
